The SolarSeal PV Magnetic Systems™ is designed for metal roofs and vertical construction surfaces including metal, glass, concrete and composite metal insulated building panels. SolarSeal PV Magnetics remain attached to the metal roof for the service life of the solar array and if the need arises, the array can be rolled-up and relocated to a new host site. The ability to relocate the SolarSeal PV Magnetic System™ makes SolarSeal perfect for capital leases, tax-exempt leases and power-purchase agreement with public agencies, schools, institutions and commercial owners where a non-permanent mounted array is desirable.
- Upon the termination of the first system lease or PPA contract, the SolarSeal PV Magnetic Systems™ array is simply to remove and transport to a new host site.
- Should building use or building ownership changes, the SolarSeal PV Magnetic Systems™ array is removed and relocated to another host site if needed.
- In the event the lessee defaults, the lessor has the ability to take back possession of the array and relocate the SolarSeal PV Magnetic Systems™ PV array to a new host location.
